Main Ingredients
1 avocado
30g mentaiko
1 bowl of rice
Side Ingredients
30g lettuce
1 egg
10g salad greens
Seasonings
Sesame oil
Whole sesame

How to Cook
1. For avocado, insert a sheath while turning the knife around the middle seed. Hold the avocado around the sheath and twist it slightly to separate it into 2 pieces. Fix the knife on the seed and carefully twist to remove the seed. Put a spoon between the flesh and the skin, rotate it, and cut out only the flesh and cut it into pieces that are easy to eat.
2. Chop lettuce finely.
3. Cut the cod roe once and push it out with a knife or a spoon and apply only the flesh (it does not matter if you eat it in the skin).
4. Put cooking oil in a pan and prepare fried eggs to be soft-boiled.
5. Put the dry-cooked rice in a bowl, top with lettuce, avocado, cod roe, and fried eggs, sprinkle with sesame oil and sesame seeds to eat.
